Reach4Fitness - is the active well-being service run in South-West London by Marta & Artur.Together we can offer 20 years of education and experience in the fitness industry combined with a fresh outlook and enthusiasm.
Reach4fitness are offering their first fitness class for free to help you with becoming more active!
If you’re looking for training in a safe, outdoor environment, with a family-friendly and supportive atmosphere, then Marta and Artur would love you to join them! Reach4fitness have almost 20 years of experience and offer training adapted to your fitness level.
Join us for a range of classes – utilising a wide range of functional equipment – throughout the week at Tooting Bec Athletics Track, including Legs-Bums and Tums, Boxercise and Bootcamps!
As well as classes, Reach4fitness also offer Personal Training, nutrition advice if you need more tailored program, and offering first session for 50% of usual price in February.

Physical and mental adaptations regarding training happen at any age, it can take more time to achieve but definitely will happen.

I have been training Andrew for over the year now. During that time, he:
‼ lost around 20 kg of weight,
‼ his joints feel better,
‼ he is more mobile

‼ his blood pressure decreased

He got hook up on exercises and on the top of training with me , Andrew rows 10000m ( yes 10km ) twice a week and jogs with his daughter 5000m once a week.

I have been training with for a while ,we have prepared for a few unltra Iron Man competitions and last year was the biggest challenge in completing Marathon des Sable ( one week of marathons in Sahara Desert ).

James have done very well for amateur, who divides his time between working and training, he was 83th overall ( over 800 competytors ) and 40th on double marathon day.

He has met there and they come up with this crazy idea of rowing Atlantic Ocean.

How do you change from runners to rowers ( neither of them ever row,of course except 5min. warm up in the gym).

There have been a lot of complaints from our clients about hot weather and how that affects their training.
However, I was teaching Forever Active online class ( designed for Older Adults and GP Referral clients-avarage age 60 something) at 1pm today.
I asked clients how do they feel about training in heat?
They said that doesn't bother them.
I have not expected that answer.What amazing group of people?
Next time- no complaints youngster.Just drink plenty of water.
