This is proper filth! If you’re a lover of pulled pork, then you must get yourself down to 😍
Based in Old Spitalfields Market, the finest British pork shoulder is marinated for 10 hours and slow roasted for 12. It is this pulled, topped with bbq sauce and presented on a special brioche bun (£8) from - made exclusively for this food stall 😍 if brioche isn’t your thing then you can opt for a bagel (£7) or baguette (£9). Your pork is topped with sweet chilli, some crispy onions, siracha....and then your slab of cheese is blow torched in-front of your very eyes! It is honestly mesmerising. The sandwich tastes incredible - the meat is so succulent and the elements inside the sandwich make this street food truly sing 🎶
