After 15 (and a half!) years at the helm of Radiance, it is time for me to say goodbye, as I pop the cork of my last prosecco bottle at Radiance on Friday.

Do not fear; the wonderful team at Radiance; Ami, Caroline and Katie are remaining and will continue providing their expert, intuitive care with the new owners of Radiance, who will be introducing themselves very soon.

It’s been quite a journey and I’ve so enjoyed being part of the Fitzrovia community of independent shops and businesses that make it what it is; a distinctly vibrant place to live, work, shop, dine & beautify.

Radiance would not have stood the test of time, had it not been for the team of dedicated beauty apprentices, therapists, senior therapists and managers that have devoted their time and energy to Radiance over the years.

The salon managers deserve a special mention; Claire, Caroline, Shenel, Caroline (again!) and for the past 5 years - Ami. I cannot express my gratitude toward these wonderful women enough; who’s passion for beauty and dedication towards their clients has been the heartbeat of Radiance.

Finally, I would like to thank all of you wonderful people for choosing Radiance to preen, groom and beautify you since 2008. I hope you will continue to enjoy the tranquillity that Radiance brings for many years to come.

We are sharing the sad news that L’Oréal has decided to cease production of Decléor and will stop supplying all salons and spas this December.

We will continue to offer Decléor treatments and products for as long as our supplies allow. However, we have been informed that the last day for us to place our final Decléor orders will be 19th December 2023.
