I'm in menopause and I feel much better when I keep a consistent routine with my strength training.
But as you know, I travel a lot! So I have to have a plan to make sure I keep things moving.

You donโt need to be an expert runner, aim for marathons, or worry about your pace. You don't need to own any Lycra! Running is for everyone, and the health benefits are incredibleโplus, the endorphins are pure magic. โจ
Running is also fabulous for those going through menopause- as long as you set your own pace and listen to your body! It can improve symptoms related to mood, sleep, energy, bone strength, and of course, support your cardiovascular health ๐ช
Whether running for fitness, fun, or a mental health boost, itโs always worth lacing up- even in the rain!
