I'm in menopause and I feel much better when I keep a consistent routine with my strength training.

But as you know, I travel a lot! So I have to have a plan to make sure I keep things moving.

I absolutely love runningโ€”itโ€™s my favourite way to enjoy some โ€˜meโ€™ time, connect with friends, and embrace nature ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฆ‰๐ŸŒป.

You donโ€™t need to be an expert runner, aim for marathons, or worry about your pace. You don't need to own any Lycra! Running is for everyone, and the health benefits are incredibleโ€”plus, the endorphins are pure magic. โœจ

Running is also fabulous for those going through menopause- as long as you set your own pace and listen to your body! It can improve symptoms related to mood, sleep, energy, bone strength, and of course, support your cardiovascular health ๐Ÿ’ช

Whether running for fitness, fun, or a mental health boost, itโ€™s always worth lacing up- even in the rain!

Navigating menopause can be challenging, but incorporating key supplements into your routine can help support your body and alleviate symptoms like muscle aches and exhaustion.

Here are two essentials:
