Perfect for those colder months, Pici alla Norcina is a rich and creamy pasta dish, made with Porcini mushrooms and roasted Umbrian sausage, topped with Grana Padano and served with Pici; long, chewy pasta from Tuscany. A signature dish in our restaurants and a firm favourite from when we first opened our Greek Street restaurant over five years ago. ⁠

As the name suggests, Tutti I Giorni Bianco ("Everyday White") lends itself to a range of excellent pairings, including pasta, fish, white meat and medium-aged cheeses. This organic Tuscan wine from the Maremma region is composed of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Ansonica grapes from 40 - 50 year old vines making it a true dedication to the craft of winemaking.
