This is the beautiful soft Joyce. She’s a new addition to the range at our resident cheese stall
Soft Joyce has a bloomy rind and is washed in a local cider half way through the ageing process.
The cheese has a sweet, earthy and honest flavour with a luxuriously light texture. Made on ffynnon farm in west wales bus newbie cheese maker called Harriet Cooke. The cheese is made in small batches and are the sole stockist
