Hot stone therapy is one of the most relaxing massages to receive. The warm stones feel so good on the body and they help to further relax your muscles and tissues, making it not only a relaxing massage, but a deep one too. Swedish massage techniques are still use throughout and, if you're brave enough, we can add cold stones to the session too βπΌ

The past 2 weeks have been so busy. Spent lots of time in the car driving upto Wales and then Lincolnshire the following week. When I wasn't sitting in a car I was hiking or bike riding (or dealing with a sore foot from the result of falling off the bike π€¦π»ββοΈ) so this weekend I want to take out some time to rest my body and mind π«

Stay hydrated guys π§ even if you have to force yourself to do drink, like I did. Now I have to have a bottle of water with me at all times because my body craves it. If you don't like the taste then try infusing your water with some fresh fruit. Strawberry water tastes so good ππ¦

Are you brave enough to try this? I used to end my showers with a cold rinse but I haven't done it in ages..this post has reminded me on the benefits of showing with cold water. Think I might have to start incorporating this into my routine again π§π½ββοΈ
