Always feel so grateful that I make a living from doing something I love. One of two events this weekend. This one was a glorious vegan spread finishing with an avocado cheesecake. Hoping that the Team will be allowed to work together again soon

First event of the year - vegan and gluten free. Avocado and lime cheesecake plus chocolate cake with rose petals and pistachios.

Catering for a party in Finchley, North London. Halva and tahini brownies with fresh figs and other goodies...

The not so humble carrot - 3 colours with coriander seeds, lambs lettuce and pistachio cream. Vegan heaven. Prepared as part of a post wedding feast for today's clients

Thai fish cakes followed by Korean cauliflower with sticky chilli glaze and corn crumb. Just two of the canapes and bowl food produced for tonight's clients. Delighted!

Just wanted to say thank you again, before we head off on honeymoon, to you and your colleague for the absolutely amazing feast you provided on our wedding day. So many people were raving about the delicious food and many asked us how we managed to find you and to have your contact details. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and of first class quality, but the way you managed every other aspect of the catering left us feeling really looked after and stress-free. You truly helped to make it the most memorable day, not just for us but all of our guests.
