Did you know? Today is the feast day of Saint Honoré, the French saint of bakers! From 16-18 May, be sure to try our Gateau St Honoré, a heavenly puff pastry adorned with profiteroles, diplomat cream and chocolate mouse.

The days are getting longer, the weather will be getting (hopefully) warmer, and our brand new Spring Summer range is ready for you to try.

Try our delicious Tuna Nicoise Salad for a lunch in the park, or a quick bite between meetings! Or, our Coronation Chicken Sandwich is back by popular demand, and these are both available online for collection and delivery.

If you’re looking for something sweet, we’d recommend our new Strawberry Maritozzo Bun. It’s only available in store though, so head to one of our PAUL locations to try it.

Have you tried our delicious almond croissant? It's the perfect blend of classic croissant and beautiful almondy flavour. The almonds on top give it a delightful crunchy element, and we couldn't recommend it more for a quick bite 🥐
