The popular menu that most people asked…..Easy to cook. Let's do it.

Place the pan over medium heat. Add unsalted butter/ olive oil . Add garlic and seafood Stir together until fragrant.
Add red -green chillis, cashews nuts,carrots, rice, pineapple and raisins. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper and curry powder. Stir-fry until seafood are cooked.
Crack eggs into it and sprinkle spring onions, stir well again. prepare to serve in a lovely plate 🤩🤩
