Among the most appreciated, loved and known white wines, Lugana DOC comes from areas between the provinces of Brescia and Verona and from a local variety of the Trebbiano grape, also known as Trebbiano di Lugana or Turbiana.

Gessica and Giuliano Frollani were born in Bolgheri from a family of farmers originally from the Marche. In the 90s, coinciding with the birth of the Bolgheri DOC, brother and sister realized that it was time to innovate their parents' farm, focusing above all on quality viticulture, an approach they have pursued ever since.

Today Casa di Terra is made up of about 50 hectares of vineyards, mostly divided between the areas of the Via Bolgherese, the Ferruggini and the Sondraie.
