✅ anamnesi fisiopatologica remota e presente

✅ ascolto del paziente sulle motivazioni che l’hanno spinto a richiedere un parere professionale specialistico

✅ esame obiettivo del naso esterno e spesso interno con eventuale ecografia

✅ fotografie e simulazione virtuale del possibile risultato

✅ spiegazione e discussione del risultato e dei cambiamenti che è possibile e non è possibile ottenere (ebbene sì, an he il chirurgo più bravo del mondo potrebbe non potervi dare esattamente quello che vorreste)

✅ valutazione della funzionalità respiratoria ed eventuale discussione del trattamento

✅ spiegazione della procedure chirurgica, dei benefici, limiti, rischi e complicanze

✅ esposizione delle osservazione pre e post-operatorie da seguire

✅ rilascio della guida al paziente all’intervento di Preservation Rhinoplasty (si tratta di un libro-guida che ho scritto per i mie pazienti) che viene rilasciato solo a chi esegue una visita.

✅ entro 2 settimane si riceve una relazione di visita di 2 pagine, con allegate le foto, la spiegazione passo passo dell’intervento, preventivo scritto e dettagliato, consenso informato, esami preoperatori e suggerimenti per il pre e post-operatorio.

Il tutto si svolge in 60 minuti ma ha richiesto 12 anni di studio e 10 di esperienza clinica.
