We know rugby is good for our physical health but it’s good for our mental health too. Through the exercise, the challenge, the friendships.

2024 was well represented by Belsize this year including 5 runners raisining funds for .uk ! Although a massive sun has been raised (see below) there is still time to donate via links in bio. Huge congrats to all runners who all 💜🖤

Results from what turned out to be Belsize’s last game of the season with the Women’s Sunday game being cancelled.

Men’s 3XV take on in the League Final 💪🏼 ! It’s been a stunning season for the 🫛 - get along to Acton Wasps ground to support - KO 3pm this afternoon.

Sunday Women’s 1XV meet - KO 2pm - head to the end of the central line to support our gals in heliotrope in Epping.
