This week has been week in the UK.

We know rugby is good for our physical health but it’s good for our mental health too. Through the exercise, the challenge, the friendships.

If you are struggling in any part of your life, know there is someone within Belsize ready to listen and support. Reach out to a friend, a team mate, a coach - we are all here for each other.

Our Story

Belsize Park RFC is London’s most central Rugby Union Club. The Club runs five weekly senior men’s teams plus additional occasional sides. We have achieved several promotions in recent years and continuously strive to improve both on and off the field. Training is one night per week (Wednesdays) to accommodate our amateur players’ busy lives. Regent’s Park is our home and we are privileged to play in such a wonderful location. We offer both very competitive and purely social rugby to suit all levels of ability. Our social scene is second to none and we are the most widely toured amateur club in the world, having just returned from Mozambique and Swaziland. We would be delighted for you to join our journey - http://bprfc.co.uk/join-the-club/

1st XV play in London NW 2, regularly competing at the top end of the table.

2nd XV play in Middlesex Merit Premier Division, winning the title in 2014 and 2017.

3rd XV rose through the ranks through to Middlesex Merit Division 1 where they now play, starting in the bottom division in 2012.

4th XV built on their emergence in 2012/13 to become a big part of the club and, having played in both the Hertfordshire and the Middlesex Tables, recently found their level in Middlesex Merit Division 3.

The Bulls (5th XV) are our social/development side mainly consisting of talented new joiners, fat dads and lads wanting games with minimal commitment other than to winning the party.

In addition, the Club also has a monthly (ish) Vets side and an occasional 6th XV, summer touch and 7s sides and provides year-round rugby in central London. Training runs July-April each season with the gaps filled by touch leagues.
