Hey everyone. How you all been? I only have 3 weeks left till my due date! Whoop. These are photos I did last week and I’m going to have these on canvas in my cabin when it’s all done, at reception area , as I’m going to be going down lots different routes when I get to re open, will be doing well being retreat days and also focusing on mums, mums to be and babies but also still with my usual massage packages you all love to of course who anit mums to but need well-being pampering packages.

So even though I’m in Essex now, this could be a worth while visit if your coming for whole day to cabin for the retreat day.

We have settled amazingly into our new area, we all feel at peace and serenity.
I have been getting some treatments I did on you all, on me now, which has been lovely, so far I’ve had some reiki healing sessions, pregnancy massages and now been doing some pregnancy yoga at home.
As you can see in some pics, my dog decided he was going to nick my spot to do my yoga and go sleep lol.

Hey everyone , thought I’d update you with some news, we have a little baby girl on the way due in June 🥰💝.
I know there is some of you that still want to travel to me and have big pampers booked once log cabin has been done and set up, I think it be more like start of 2025 now with baby on way and things.
I’ve moved to essex, it has a beach with it to so be amazing if some of yous did come over in the future for a pamper and beach day out but will now be a good year away until I can get re-established again.

You literally couldn’t make my last 3 days up! Thursday I burnt my hand bad and had to cancel the next couple days clients, then last night I’ve twisted my foot and potientally broken my toe! Can’t walk properly at moment, can’t put pressure down on the foot that’s badly hurt, the toes that hurts the worse is swollen.
now I’ve got to cancel doing my lmypthatic drainage course Monday 😭 and everyone booked in tomorrow and rest of the week.
I’ve messsged everyone who is booked for this week. I’m praying I’ll be ok following week onwards and am rearranging all this weeks clients for November.

A different post to my usual ones but I feel I need to help people and open up to my journey and how I’ve changed my life to more calmer and healed myself and manifesting things etc.
I’ve notice lately a few people mention to me how stressed they been feeling and having panic attacks and all sorts, this is was exsactly me as well, a year and half ago and especially before pandemic, the fast pace of our life’s truely isn’t good for our body’s, if you don’t factor in some calming you time and ways to heal and relax, trust me eventually it catches up and you experience burn out and immense stress and it’s awful place to get to. I’m also suffering a medical condition but since I’ve been on this holistic journey, I’m managing it better and having better days.

First I went on a inner healing workshop a few times with a lovely lady called Jo Joshi, I will link her page and details in the comment section. She’s amazing lovely lady and your be surprised what is deep rooted inside of you emotionally that you never even knew, she helps you release it all and start the healing process.
Then i went to a couple sound healing classes and the sounds are beautiful and really help heal your body. I also joined a gym spa but barely ever went in the gym lol, it was more for mindset and inner peace of going spa regularly and this really help, however I know most can’t do that, so my other tip is to have holistic baths, they are amazing! Get led candles and bath salts and luxury bubble bath, go onto you tube and type in healing Frenency music or calming meditation music, play it and relax, also put crystals around your bath.

The next big step to it all, is to listen to this type of music every day if possible, first start with the healing reiki music or healing destress music on you tube and as time goes by, your notice a calmer change in you and positivity will flow, then as your body and mind becomes much calmer , you can eventually manifest things and truely change your life, now the thing with manifestation is you can’t think your do it a couple times and it will come, you have to listen to the manifestation meditations daily if possible and really believe it, sometime it could take a good year or so but keep going, when time is right, it will all flow and happen.
Please do this and watch your life change over the months and your feel more calmer and a sense of inner peace.
