We are thrilled to share exciting news with our community – we have been awarded Bronze at the esteemed Colchester Business Awards 2024 🏆

The team attended the awards ceremony on Wednesday 5th of June at Firstsite in Colchester and were awarded Bronze in the highly competitive category Creative, Cultural and Community Business of the Year 🥉

It was an honour to be a finalist alongside some of our favourite organisations that have made an impact on the local community of Colchester in the past year. Taking home a Bronze Award is not just a credit to us, but to everyone who has been a part of our journey – our incredible volunteers, our Trustees, our Trainees and everyone who has shared our journey!

🌟 Introducing - Foyer Café! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that a brand new café is popping up at Firstsite starting tomorrow! Nestled in our stunning and bright Foyer space right by the entrance, it's the perfect pit stop for your lunch break or to grab some snacks before catching a film at our cinema. 🎬🍿

We’ll be fully up and running from tomorrow morning, so come say hi and try one of our delicious 🥗 salads, sandwiches, bakes, and cakes. Perfect for eating in or grabbing on the go!

In the evenings, from 5:30pm, we will also be serving a wide range of refreshing alcoholic beverages. 🍷🍹

Our main café will be temporarily closed from tomorrow. But don't worry, it's not going anywhere!

During the four week long project, we will be updating our café and break out space with new LED energy efficient lighting.
