Workplace bullying unfortunately, is all too common. Bullying involves actions that are intimidating, abusive, dominating, or harmful. When it's done by a group, it's called 'mobbing.' In my book 'Managing Conflict,' I address strategies to combat this issue and promote a healthier, more inclusive work environment.

Active listening is the bridge to conflict resolution. In a world where we often listen to respond, let's make a conscious effort to truly absorb what's being said. By wholeheartedly tuning in, comprehending, summarising, and retaining the speaker's words, we not only validate their perspective but also open the door to effective problem-solving. Let's practice this art to foster understanding and harmony.
