Yesterday afternoon I listened to the interview with Jonny Britton- it was about the impact of the Secretary of State for Housing- honestly I didn't have a clue who the new Minister is - Matthew Pennycook, MP for Greenwich.

16th Minister since 2010 for Housing!

Central London Property Network is back - I had considered taking an extended stay with the news of the Queen passing, I have decided to continue with September 22nd, I will instead consider what we do as a sign of respect on September 22nd for the Queen.

I have taken a break from organising events just this August.

Looking at the monthly photos and of the Summits- it gives me the itch to get back to doing the Summits. Although the Summits is just 1 day, there is a huge amount of preparation.

One thing which is certain is that I am not planning on putting a Summit on until after the Summer Break.

I have been asked if the events which I do, the monthly events are live- yes! In fact since last July we have been live.

And yes I am introducing new speakers to my monthly events. Re: new speakers- it does make such a difference if you have content out there-different speaker organisations work in different ways, personally for me- I like hearing the speaker present elsewhere in person.

As you may know I am busy behind the scenes working on the upcoming speakers for 2022, particularly after June. I am bringing in new faces to the event. This means more work for me, because I could easily just keep with the same speakers as previous years. I want to change things around and in the last six months since we restarted in July we have brought in several new speakers:

In 2021- Jahangir Khan, In 2022-Gavin Sherman (Jan), and going forward Dorian Payne (in two weeks time), Hasan Sadik and Richard Stone (May)
