Chefs Milan Gautam and Rachana Prajapati know no other way. Central to Rachana's Newar heritage, originating at the crossroads of the Himalayas' ancient civilizations, is one of the region's most celebrated cuisines - adding a Nepalese twist to your familiar comfort food.Milan, on the other hand, grew up in western Nepal and started cooking for his entire family when he was just seven years old. His mother and grandmother taught him that the foundations of a balanced mind are found in the purity of your food, the hospitality of your family and the kindness of your friends.
Together we created NEPA, bringing you your daily dose of Namaste.From the sandwich toasting to MOMO (Nepalese Dumpling ), we adding a Nepalese twist to your familiar comfort food.
