Flavour chosen was pinacolada 🍹🍹and it surely went down the treat 🩷🩷
Also the cake was to travel 2 hours from london... But my client took the care as I suggested and it was absolutely fine till the day of cutting🎉🎉

The upper tier is 6 inches tall cake with pistachio sponge and fresh vanilla cream with fresh mangoes😘😘😘
full cake is covered by vanilla buttercream from outside.

One of my most colourful and beautiful dessert table.

A beautiful dessert table along with a tall cake was designed as per my clients invite ❤️
So working along with only few beautiful traditional colours, I designed this cake,cupcakes, brownie balls & dessert cups.

This celebration was for my dear little client Samik whose 8th birthday and janoi function both were celebrated together at the famous Hindu Temple in Crawley. Here I had to cater the desserts for 300 people 👏😋😋😋

It all went super hit and was finished in no time 😋😋😋

Here is the outcome of yesterday's carrot halwa ( gajar halwa cake)
The delicious sponge was made using saffron and cardamon with grated carrots inside ...making it a beautiful combination of carrot cake with saffron cardamon cake .
All the layers of this sponge were loaded with homemade carrot halwa and nuts...making it the most delicious cake of mine💕💕💕😆🎉🎉
