💫I’m Marilena and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in private practice. My company is called Inspiring Minds Therapy. I have worked in the mental health field since 2003.

💫I treat adults and young people with depression and anxiety disorders both face-to-face at the clinic and remotely.

💫The areas that I can help with are:
depression, generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, postnatal depression, self-esteem, anger and work related stress.

💫The reason why I became a therapist is because I’ve always had a keen interest in people and why people behave in certain ways and what triggers certain emotions.

💫 I always tailor the therapy to each individuals’ needs.
