Last week Redemption suffered an Instagram hack. You may have noticed our account disappeared and a ‘user not found’ message was displayed.

The hackers attempted, unsuccessfully, to blackmail us and are sending some followers messages, purporting to be from Meta. It’s a hoax and not from Meta; ignore it and anything else you get from ‘us’ or ‘’ on Instagram until we issue a statement that all is well.

We are working with Instagram to secure the account. This is not a straightforward process and may take several days, during which the hackers may send other messages, so please stay vigilant. We sincerely apologise for what’s happened and thank you for your continued custom, support and trust.
