Unicorn magic

This was a 7 inch, 8 layer tall chocolate fudge sponge filled with delicious chocolate butter cream and covered in scrumptious milk chocolate ganache. The cake was covered in blush coloured fondant with a textured finish. Hand crafted bespoke fondant Unicorn cake topper. Completely edible with hand drawn name plate and fondant covered polystyrene balls and small fondant flowers.

Fondant Balloons
Happy 7th birthday Ira. A cute two tier cake. Both tiers in Vanilla, filled with vanilla butter icing and seedless raspberry jam. Both finished in white chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. The balloons were polysterine balls covered in fondant.

Designer Emirates 18th Cake

Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam covered in white chocolate ganache.

Cupcakes made for Winchmore Hill Service Centre. Flavours were Chocolate fudge, Lemon, Vanilla and Salted Caramel.

The brief was for a Platonic Solids and Mr Man cake. The shapes were individually made and took forever, but the result was great. For an added extra the stand lit up. One very happy 7 year old Aveer. He definitely sets me a challenge each year.

“Loadin” A 30th birthday cake. This was a fun cake to make. It was a 5” double barrel moist vanilla sponge with delicious vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam filling. Finished off with white chocolate ganache in white and differing shades of blue. I was really pleased with the way gold splash effect turned out.

An Encanto themed cake and cupcakes for little Gabby. Layers of delicious vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, covered with white chocolate ganache. Complimented with large vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream. Happy 4th birthday Sweet Gabby.

Mickeys head is toffee sponge.

Gold and White marble cake with top tier of Vanilla filled with delicious Vanilla buttercream and encased in white Chocolate ganache; with a bottom tier consisting of layers of moist Toffee, Chocolate fudge, and Vanilla filled with salted Caramel and encased in Caramel ganache! Yum!
