We're thrilled to have completed the refurbishment of 1 Cornhill. Located opposite the Bank of England, this building offers customers a truly unique place to work in an iconic London location.
The whole experience has been reimagined, from a new, stylish reception that makes a grand first impression to the heritage lounge that offers customers different spaces to work and meet guests throughout the day.
The modern lounge has been refurbished, and we've added two new video call booths for private calls. Meeting rooms, tea points, showers, and other amenities have also been upgraded to create a new experience for our customers.

Eaton Gate has been renovated and refurbished to offer the new signature Argyll experience.
Reception, our meeting rooms and other key amenities such as the AC system, WC’s and showers have been refreshed, while the lounge on the lower ground floor has been transformed into a welcoming space to work, relax or host informal meetings.

We've added two AV booths for private calls and the lounge in the gallery has been uplifted to provide a comfortable space to work, meet or relax. Reception has been refreshed to make arriving at work a pleasure, and tea points, WCs, and showers have also been refurbished.

84 Brook Street has been reimagined.
Following extensive refurbishment, we've created a sophisticated new break out space, consisting of a heritage lounge with a communal kitchen. The new space offers customers an area to meet guests, spend time away from their office, and congregate with their team.
Reception, our meeting rooms, and other key amenities such as the AC system, WC’s and showers, bike racks, and communal areas in the building have also been refurbished. We’ve also added an AV booth to cater to new ways of working and offer customers a private space to make video calls.

During our refurbishment programme, we added AV booths where we could to give customers a private space to make calls.
The booths have been optimised for videoconferencing, with enhanced lighting and comfortable furnishings. The spaces are already proving to be incredibly popular, with customers booking the booths throughout the day when they need privacy away from their desk.

Argyll No.3 is our new bespoke fragrance created in collaboration with renowned A-list perfumer, Azzi Glasser of The Perfumer's Story. She famously co-founded Agent Provocateur and Bella Freud fragrances, and has designed signature scents for Sketch London, Chiltern Firehouse and Annabel's.
