We began our year with a wonderful gathering at The Meadow Healing Centre, Lostwithiel to reflect on 2023 with gratitude and set some intentions for 2024.

Creating a gratitude list is a great way to start bringing this practice into your life and you can chant the Sanskrit mantra - Dahnya Vad which means 'I feel gratitude' 💗

A regular gratitude practice can greatly enhance our health and well-being.
