7 year transformation βœ… So if you’re like me and you have struggled to put on weight over the years then trust the process. I went from eating what I want, completing the odd training session with no real structure and going out nearly every weekend. Now I’m regularly tracking my calories, have a structured training plan that consists of both cardio and resistance training and being mindful of what I’m intaking when I’m out enjoying myself. Don’t get me wrong I’m a long way away from where I want to be but sticking at it and being consistent every day with get you one step closer towards your goals πŸ’ͺ🏻Small tweaks can make big differences! β˜‘οΈ
