Lunge jumps are a tough but effective leg exercise for strengthening the muscle in your lower body, including your hip flexors, glutes, calves, quads and hamstrings πͺπ»π π₯
7 year transformation β So if youβre like me and you have struggled to put on weight over the years then trust the process. I went from eating what I want, completing the odd training session with no real structure and going out nearly every weekend. Now Iβm regularly tracking my calories, have a structured training plan that consists of both cardio and resistance training and being mindful of what Iβm intaking when Iβm out enjoying myself. Donβt get me wrong Iβm a long way away from where I want to be but sticking at it and being consistent every day with get you one step closer towards your goals πͺπ»Small tweaks can make big differences! βοΈ

Rowing is a great low impact, full body workout which can be used for high intensity training or steady state cardio. Trying to utilise both the legs and arms to keep my stroke rate nice and consistent! π£ββοΈπ π₯
