The weather has been terrible this last week but we’ve still progressed and achieved what we needed to and, with that, we are almost ready to put our lovely little Carlton Colville property on the market 🏠 💰

We have less than two weeks to go until we finish and have been putting in our efforts with every free moment available.

When we started this back in August, don’t think we realised just how much we’d end up loving this property as it all started to morph together. Whoever lives here are going to be incredibly lucky!

We are so happy and excited to already be nearing the home stretch! 🏁 We as a team have been working incredibly hard indoors, outdoors, even full time on weekends this last month. We are committed to ensuring that the next owners are blown away and that we can maintain an excellent reputation for the years to come. 💪🏼

⭐️GARDEN PROGRESS⭐️

It’s sometimes hard to feel any progress when you’ve been working on something for a while, we’re sure everyone’s been there... However, looking at the images to when we first started, the garden’s development is actually incredible! Apart from the obvious clear out, we’re placing in some fancy slabs and are on the verge of installing the decking and aiming to place some luscious green grass in the centre, as well as some vibrant plants! 🌼🌹🌻🌿🥀

We are now starting the progress to fit our bathroom, kitchen and interior flooring which we cannot wait to share with you all! 😍

Hello all! 👋🏼 We hope you’re all having a productive day despite the drizzle. 🌧

You’ll have noticed it’s been a little bit quiet here, that’s because we have been very busy and it’s about to get busier!

As of this week we now have freshly plastered ceilings ready for decorating 🎨 The property is really beginning to pick up nicely now but there is still plenty to do within these next few weeks.

Our week has consisted of major decluttering, wall stripping, hole filling, sanding, gardening and painting ! 🎨 🖌

In less than 2 days, with a lot of hard work we have successfully managed to clear out all of the furniture within the property, which can be viewed within our previous post! More pictures to follow 👉🏼

There’s been plenty of destruction in the process too! 🔨 Although a lot of clearing up to be done... 🧹

Although on the smaller side, this is a very convenient sized property, with a living lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, a conservatory and a spacious garden! The property also includes a driveway and garage!

As you can likely guess, the property has not been renovated in any way for at least 30 years. Stepping into the property, in comparison to today’s standard, is certainly like a step back in time which just goes to show how much work is ahead of us.

We have already got stuck in by removing all the tenant’s unwanted belongings and furniture and ensuring of proper disposal. ♻️

From digging up frogs 🐸 (yes you read that right) to mountains of moss, the garden took a lot of work but it certainly paid off. A good clear up can make all the difference!

With regards to the lack of greenery, we wanted to go for something that would mean less work for our new owners. Of course, they now have the choice to make their own adaptations later on if they so wish!

This particular kitchen was very outdated and needed some serious brightening up. After a deep clean and good emptying, we extended the tops and added more storage space for the next owners as well as placing a new washer dryer, dishwasher, built in electric cooker and a built in induction hob! Regarding the design, our result is simple yet will really stand out for the long term!

We thought we should give you all an insight into the amount of work that went into transforming our property in Pakefiekd! Unfortunately, the last tenant who resided there was a heavy indoor smoker which resulted in the build up of tar throughout the house and, as you can see in our photos, there is a big difference in colour.
