Then pointed up with a lime mortar mix full clean down but with out losing its charming character.

PJB Building Services are looking for a self-motivated skilled labourer to join their business.

You will be responsible for making sure tasks are completed to a high standard and within the required time frame.

Applicants must have a can do attitude, work well as part of a team and must be able to carry out the following tasks confidently, to a good standard and with minimal instruction and supervision:

• Brick and block work
• Ground works
• Setting out
• Dry lining
• Basic general carpentry skills

Applicants should be physically fit, willing, and capable to take on physically demanding tasks. You must be prepared to travel as most of our work is in and around the Lowestoft/Beccles/Southwold area.

You will be required to work an estimated 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday and possibly the weekend.

Essential requirements:

• A full clean drivers’ licence
• Previous construction site or building experience.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.

So today we had this task in hand a little bit of lead beating 👌🏻

This week we have produced a heavy duty 5mtr x 2mtr shed for a customer.
We are hoping that every one would share this as we will be offering a service to build these to customers requirements.
This construction was completed with:
All timber to be treated.
Timber bearers all fitted with Damp protection course.
External ply grade floors with resin coating.
All over sized timber frames for longer lasting life span.
Treated ship lap 16mm thick.
All board ends screwed to avoid splitting.
Full breathable membrane protection.
100 x 45 roof rafters.
18mm osb roof deck.
Heavy duty shed roofing felt.
20mm thick ledge and braced wooden doors.
with double locks and front clasp.

Please be aware after owning a few shed ourselves we have been appalled at the quality and the use of thin materials.
So ours will be built to last !!
