The most important appointment in your piercing healing journey will be your check up/downsize appointment. This is typically recommended 4-6weeks after the initial piercing appointment.
It is necessary to ensure your piercing has the perfect environment to heal and the bar length is a factor in this. During this appointment we can check that everything is going well and you are healing as expected as well as ensure that the length of the jewellery is suitable for this stage of healing and your anatomy.
If you can’t remember when your check up appointment is due just send me a message and I can check this for you!
