It’s been a hectic few weeks (as always), with a lot of emergency works having to be carried out. As always, my customer base are always very understanding when things have to be pushed out or juggled around. We do appreciate the patience.

This is just one example of the type of emergency work having to be carried out.

This customer had a leak under a solid floor which took some time appear… and when it did appear ground/walls etc had absorbed quite a bit of water, leak was traced and repaired, and this old lead mains pipe was the culprit 🫣

Some emergency work completed this week. Heat Exchanger burst on a Combi Boiler leaving a customer with no heat and no water.
Total strip down to replace but all replaced and good as new.

Hi Folks,

Marks daughter here. As some of you will know I help manage the page as Dad is crazzzyyy busy and just doesn’t always have time to respond or accept phone calls.

The last number of weeks have been crazy, and the diary is pretty full in the run up to Christmas. As always, Dad will do his absolute best to prioritise any emergency situation, wether that’s boiler breakdowns, leaks etc as given this time of year, these things are unavoidable and I am sure (like myself) we all need our heat at this time of year. As a result some jobs which are non-urgent in nature will get pushed out slightly to accommodate. It would be greatly appreciated that in times like these, whilst it is frustrating, that you can have a little patience and understanding. Dad is one man, trying to please and keep everyone happy - and as he says, there just isn’t enough hours in a day 🫣

There is limited availability this side of Christmas, so if you need something done, please do reach out to avoid disappointment.

Took a week off to the sun ☀️ and been crazy busy from I got back. 🤪
A large range of work completed lately. Busted boilers replaced, new water mains fitted, bathroom suits installed, power flushing, new heating pumps, and that’s just to name a few!!

Been a super busy few weeks, so have been a little slack on the updates but here’s one recently completed.

This was a wet room, which had started to leak. Floor removed, leak fixed, then replaced with a new shower enclosure and panelling.

Emergency job completed last week, this cylinder had started to leak leaving the customer without heat and hot water.

Replaced with a brand new cylinder, customer back up and running, right before the cold snap due to hit us this week 🥶

Power flush for a customer who was well ahead of the game on Thursday, right before this super cold snap hit 🥶❄️

Their heating is now working at maximum capacity 🔥
Heat water, not sludge and make the most of your oil, as it certainly isn’t cheap!

The benefits of power flushing are endless - house heats faster which results in less oil consumption, to prolonging the life of your heating system.
