How often do you check your oil tank?
Like most people never, however when I service a boiler I do a visual check on it but please do this yourself to prevent any unwanted oil leaks or rain 🌧️ water getting into the tank which will cause an expensive 💰 bill to fix.

I don’t post this stuff ever but I am seeing poor workmanship weekly and I have to say I’m angry after calling out to this one with a young family with a baby! It was serviced on the 29th of march after boiler sooting up (hasn’t been back on from a week or so after work was done) and they where told it was done (properly) and told the smell of smoke would go away in a few days, however this was never going away as the flue was blocked after turning the heating back on again now as it’s getting colder the smoke and smell was back, I won’t name and shame however this is a local heating engineer,
