Cotes du Rhone 2023
Made using the same ‘rosé de presse' method as the top offerings from Provence. A gentle pressing as soon as the grapes are picked extracts as much aroma and flavour as possible with the least amount of tannins.
The result is full flavoured, ripe and perfectly balanced with berry fruits and a twist of raspberry freshness.
A great food rosé that's hugely versatile. Works just as well with light dishes as spicier offerings like Thai Red Curry
