We will be having three guest speakers, all working withing the sector in various roles.

The first of which is Dorian Payne, Managing Director of Castell Group and Castell Construction.

With more than a decade of experience in property investment, trading and development, Dorian set up a letting agency at 16, which eventually grew into an estate agency and finance brokerage. Dorian is now Managing Director of Castell Group and Castell Construction, which is currently building over 200 social, affordable, and disabled adapted homes and has a secured development pipeline of over 550 homes, with a forward-sold GDV in excess of £120M.
