OMG the sun is out! It feels like a treat to be working in natural daylight. 😂 I’m just setting the lengths for the pearl chains on a Delilah cape veil order. This one will be cathedral length in antique white Italian tulle - stunning! Don’t forget you can specify the length and number of chains to the Delilah cape. And if you’re unsure, you can send me a pic of the back of your dress for advice. 💕I will soon be expanding the choice of jewellery you can add to the Delilah cape. I’ll add them on here when they arrive as I would welcome any feedback.

Alice had a vision of what she wanted her veil to look like but couldn’t quite find the right colour or detail. We had a chat about tulle colour and frills! I made a sample for Alice to check against her dress so that she could be confident of placing an order. 😊 Bespoke orders don’t have to be highly detailed, dramatic veils. Sometimes it’s about tweaking an idea to get the details right for you. Congratulations Alice, you look stunning and thank you for sharing a photo. 💕

Every time I make a veil I punch a little heart shaped hole in a tag so my brides can hang their veil. 💕 It always amazes me when I empty the hole punch just how many hearts come tumbling out. It’s been a crazy busy July and there’s still a lot to do. But I’m truly grateful for every single heart! 💕🙌✨💫

Just love these vintage Balenciaga gowns from 1967/68. Such beautiful silhouettes. And the hat/veils have a fabulous sculptural quality. Wonder if it’s a look that can be revived?
