Well, the time has come - enough is enough! If you have found the last year challenging, old habits have returned and you want to get back in control, I am starting on Monday (if the demand is there!) a NEW Weekly Support Programme. Initially it will be a 4-week commitment programme but this could be a rolling programme. The Change for Good programme will include:

o Commitment to a virtual weigh in (ideally you will need scales to report fat mass, water mass, muscle mass – something like these from Amazon £16.99 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08B4KWSM6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but if you don’t have these don’t let that stop you weight and weekly measurements will work too.
o Commitment to daily food diary (either sent to me weekly or on myfitnesspal)
o Use of new psychology methods to achieve success
o Lots of ideas & tips to gain maximum weight loss
o Private Facebook support & DM with me.
