A special time of worship today as we say goodbye to Sarah
Clare, Dave and Sarah will be sharing worship on Romans 8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
30 minutes of prayer and reflection with a specific focus on inclusion. All are welcome
This evening Dave will be reflecting on one of the readings from Sunday that begins "I do not understand my own actions." (from Romans 7: 15-25a)
Join us for around 30 minutes of prayer, scripture and reflection.
We are taking time to be gentle on our team this week. Afraid that means no St Nic's service this evening.

Film set from Silver Screen Dreams - feature film turned back into the best Community Café ready for Wythenshawe Methodists and Emmaus South Manchester opening at 10am.
Our regular worship. 30 minutes of prayer and reflection on scripture for everyone. Looking at verses from John gospel chapter 15.
I am afraid we have to cancel this evening's worship. I (Dave) have come back from a week off with Covid. Hoped I would be feeling better by this evening but unfortunately not.
We are taking the Bank Holiday on Monday off from our online worship.
So here is tomorrow's in person worship.
This week our inclusive worship looks at the Ascension of Jesus
Fitting in around the Bank Holidays this week we are jumping ahead to that particularly Methodist "thing" of Aldersgate. All are more than welcome to join us to find out what on earth that is about and why we think it is good news and relevant to inclusion

May is full of Bank Holidays on Mondays. Despite the disruption to St Nic's we have decided to take those Bank Holidays as a team.
So we will see you on 15th and 22nd May and then as usual in June.

Great meeting this evening planning big food events for the summer. Very handy to have plenty of sofas for us to use at Emmaus South Manchester.
Next meeting to plan a week of Wythenshawe Big Food for 26th July to 2nd August is on 16th May, also at St Andrew's, Wythenshawe Methodists 7.30pm
Every church in and around Wythenshawe (and all friends) are very welcome!

Sunday's gospel passage John 4: 5-42 fits well with International Women's Day and the UK Government rhetoric over small boat crossings.
So we will be reflecting on that and praying.
