10 x Deadlifts 40kg Bar
10 x Military Press 40kg Bar
10 x Toe 2 Bar
5 Rounds
Finished with 5 Sprints 20secs on 20 secs off
Last Sprint Done for 30secs π¨π°

5 Box Jumps 32" Box
150 Reps of Bench has to be done, everytime you put the Bar down you do 5 Box Jumps!!
I managed to do:
Round 1 - 15 + 5
Round 2 - 15 + 5
Round 3 - 15 + 5
Round 4 - 15 + 5
Round 5 - 10 + 5
Round 6 - 12 + 5
Round 7 - 13 + 5
Round 8 - 15 + 5
Round 9 - 20 + 5
Round 10- 20 + 5
Have a go at this one, you'll be surprised at how intense this one can be. On the plus side I'm down 7lbs in 2 weeks from eating healthy, having the odd snack here and there still but drinking plenty of Water π

So start on minute 1 and then go again minute 3
5 rounds finish with 280 skips

Then back down from 5reps to 1 rep
I started off with 5reps down to 1 and then back up. Not as easy as it looks but have a go and see how you get on. π

10 x Alternate Shoulder Press 16kg KB
15 x Pressups
20 x Landmine Press 5 & 2.5kg Plates on bar
20 x Squats
15 x 25kg Plate Chest Press lay on floor
10 x Toe to Bar
5 x Pull ups
So 3 Rounds of this and you have to get under 3:30 on the Watt Bike.

Exercise for today, I was suppose to use 50kg but with the torn ACL I'm recovering from I thought I'd be safe than sorry and use 40kg.
Doesn't seem as much of a workout but the hang clean and presses get to you and put a lot of strain on the hands and forearms.
I also gave myself 30secs between sets and I may of gone over once or twice that 30secs rest.

On this day One Year Ago at 11:37am my little boy Renz was born. A perfect 7lb Baby 5 weeks premature. Not long after I got to hold him and do skin on skin until he was taken away from us due to having Wet Lung as well as Sepsis. Nothing could of prepared us for what was about to happen. Now 1 Year on, our little Soldier is going strong day by day and has been an inspiration to us both.
Smiles all day everyday and always laughing, I am so proud of the little boy you have become and I couldn't be more thankful. Blessed β€π

14yrs have passed and yet it still feels like it was only yesterday when you decided to grow your wings. Your name is talked about everyday, whether it's by myself or by others who knew you. You will never be forgotten as you left a special place in all our hearts.

So yesterday I felt like I had no motivation due to eating bad foods the night before such as cake and milkshake.
Yesterday I tried to force myself to train and managed 40mins which I felt wasn't enough.
Today I have just done a circuit with the help of pushing me and also making sure I push myself to beat my times.
As you can see I beat the times overall at the end on my final round.
Not Everyday is your day, however, Today could be yours so make the most of it and don't make excuses.
Big Happy 17th Birthday to my beautiful and most caring daughter I could ever ask for.

I may of only had a small amount of sleep last night but I will still go to the gym and train. Whether this is for half an hour or an hour at least I'm doing something to keep me active and helping my mind stay focused and not down!!

Today Zara hit her PB deadlift at 50kg although her form needs slight work on it as you can see from her lift as she was getting further into her reps her lift was coming more from her back than her legs!!
This is not good but at this stage the weight was taking its toll, more work and consistency is key and she will hopefully get there and be able to loft heavier!

Full Body attack No Weights just Body Weights

So last week I mentioned about doing morning classes on a Saturday and Sunday, one from 8am and also one from 9am on both mornings.
Each class will consist of body weights only, teaching you methods of training you can do without weights and can do anywhere wherever you are. Whether this is at home or on holiday these classes will help you learn what your body is capable of doing as well as losing weight and also toning!!
If this is something you are interested in then DM me or contact me, I have already had upto 7 people confirming that they would prefer Sunday mornings so there is still availability for Saturday and also Sunday morning at 8am.
Dates of the classes will be confirmed and will be 45mins each at Β£4 a time.
Today's workout for Juanita is:-
Deadlifts 50kg - 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2
Power Clean Press (DB 6kg) - 8, 6, 4, 2 & 10
Shoulder Press (DB 4kg) - 6, 4, 2, 10 & 8
Front Raise (DB 4kg) - 4, 2, 10, 8 & 6
Side Raises (DB 4kg) - 2, 10, 8, 6 & 4
Doesn't seem a lot but when your client is on a Calorie deficit and wants to tone then doing these high reps within a Superset is the way forward in order to help tone. This will help burn fat quicker as well as tone muscle rather than building it making her look bulky. πͺ
