Roasted Isle of Wight Tomato 🍅 It is British tomato fortnight after all!

Well are very happy to say that it is officially British tomato fortnight! The Isle of Wight tomatoes have always been a feature on our menu (when in season of course) and this year is no different!

Our Tomato salad with wild garlic and pesto is the perfect side accompaniment to any of our sandwiches!

This dish has gotta be one of the best on our menu, gathering a bit of a cult following and it’s no wonder.

Using locally grown mushrooms from , black garlic, hazelnut brown butter and what could possibly go wrong!?

We are loving the sunshine (& slightly short staffed this weekend) so we are firing the bbq up and dishing out burgers, breakfast butties and refreshing salads all day long from 11-4pm!

Our normal full menu will not be available but still come see us and let’s enjoy the sun!

We are on the look out for a part time front of house staff member to join our small team. We are looking for someone passionate about great service & great food.

BQ Bitesize is an independently owned cafe in the heart of the stunning Manchester Craft & Design centre, owned by The Butchers Quarter. The ethos is that we use the best ingredients we can get our hands on & produce from the butchers counter to create delicious cafe style dishes.

The role will mainly consist of weekend hours with occasional evening shifts for supperclubs/events we host.
