Cannon Viking has over 30 years of experience in providing CarDio equipment for the production of high quality low-density flexible foam blocks using liquid Carbon Dioxide as blowing agent, with more than 100 successful installations in daily operation around the world.

Along with our sister company Cannon Far East, we recently installed and commissioned our latest CarDio equipment in China for a leading foam producer that involved extensive upgrade of their local continuous foam machine to enable production of low density CO2 foams.

The Chinese customer now enjoys the benefits of high-pressure production process and uses our patented Gatebar liquid foam laydown equipment to process highly viscous materials such as 40% Polymeric Polyol and Fillers/Powders.

Cannon Viking’s multi-skilled and multi-lingual International Technical Service Engineering team convened in Manchester factory in early Jan 2023 to undergo their Annual Training Schedule on latest developments in Maxfoam equipment to produce Flexible and Rigid foam blocks.

They were introduced to the latest technical advancements in CarDio Gatebar equipment, Omega Computer controls, Automation system, High Pressure Mixing technology and Chemical pumping system.

The first day of Interzum Bogota saw a number of customers meeting the Cannon Viking team to discuss their machinery requirements for the production of flexible and rigid foam blocks.

Cannon Viking is proud to announce the opening of its second factory with operations commencing in December 2020.

The new factory is located in Trafford Industrial Park in Manchester, UK in the same area as the existing factory and has facilities in-house for full machinery assembly and production.

Cannon Viking expects that the new factory will augment the present capability of manufacturing operations.

Speaking on this, Jonathan Rayner, Cannon Viking Sales Director, adds - "We have seen tremendous growth in our business over the last 5 years. Since we produce everything in the UK to exacting high-quality standards, opening the second factory will help us service more orders in the future and enable us to keep an even tighter control on our product quality from design, assembly, and in-house testing prior to delivery.

This new factory will also help us to cater to the growing demand for our CarDio Liquid CO2 technology which is now seen as a preferred solution for the production of flexible foam blocks using Carbon Dioxide."
