It's with a heavy heart and a river full of tears. i sadly write this post.

On my 40th birthday today, the sky feels so grey right now. i hope the clouds can part one day

Yesterday 24.07.2024 myself and my siblings in Wales brokenheartedly lost our beautiful Dad suddenly, who was our absolute world.

My Dad was my best friend 🧡 an oldskool guy who did not like to make a fuss over being ill, we spoke several times a day, and I am so happy I was with him up until June..

I feel waves of guilt, denial, anger, depression, and acceptance.

I believe he passed between 9am to 11am, so he wasn't in pain for too long.

I woke with a breeze or air around my head it felt so peaceful . I had a feeling to call him but didn't want to keep pestering as I checked in with him a lot. I personally believe this is when he decided to go. I woke and felt it.

The masculine energy has been heavy for some months now, ive processing so much masculine stuff that doesn't belong to me holding space for alot for months which was coming at me right left and centre I in my own way felt I'd been doing alot of clearing, crying, purging these last few months. This has led me up to this devastating moment. Little did I know then, but I know now.

There are no words. I have to describe heartbreak 💔 On the other hand, i believe nobody dies by chance by accident. My Dad picked this time for a reason.

When grieving comes, we look for someone to blame its human nature. But I remember the love we had for one another, and i let the tears go threw me. On Monday, I spent the whole day crying from morning till night, and I did not know why I subconsciously knew this day was coming.

I love you, Dad, and I know you're always going to be with me every step of the way ♥️ ❤️ 💓 💛
