Good News!

We're thrilled to share that one our new build homes, nestled within the greenbelt, has received very positive feedback from the local council committee meeting! 🏡 The strategic design process has truly paid off. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this project a success!🙌

Please see our before and after displaying one of our new build houses located in Knutsford, Cheshire.

The aim was to create a flexible and comfortable home that can adapt to the clients' changing needs over the next two decades. The ground floor meets accessibility standards and can be converted to accommodate family members with mobility issues. The design blends with neighboring properties using traditional materials like red brick and stone, with contrasting darker accents.

Energy efficiency was a top priority, achieved through high-quality, well-insulated construction. The design team looks forward to sharing photos once the build is finished in the near future!

We are really pleased to get planning approval on this rural property in Anglesey, North Wales.

Thank you to Anglesey planning department Isle of Anglesey County Council for the swift processing! We are currently progressing the technical design and look forward to starting on site soon!

Our Client purchased this small property and is transforming it to a great home with 3 bedrooms and a large open-plan living area.

On this project we carried out a measured building survey and created a 3D model of the existing building before progressing the concept design, planning drawings and CGI Images.

We are happy to finally get planning on this new-build eco-home in Marple, Stockport! This home will be designed for the future with exceptional energy efficiency and a minimized carbon footprint. The design has been refined to complement the existing context - a rural setting with low-rise buildings, adjacent to a canal.

Happy Holidays from Buju Architects. We're pleased to recently achieve planning approval on this replacement family home in Marple Bridge. The new house carefully respects the neighbours and reflects the local character of the area.

So pleased to (finally!!!) get planning on this new-build replacement home in Marple Bridge, Stockport. We will be creating a home for the future with renewable technologies and minimal running costs.

The design has been carefully crafted to sit comfortably within context and respect the immediate neighbours.

Keeping the height of the house similar to the immediate neighbours has dictated the low eave heights, resulting in a form which marries the simplicity of a country home with more sophisticated Victorian-style details.
