Debt Free Advice has helped their customers be over £22,500,000 better off through professional debt advice.

Matt Dronfield held his DFA team updates at Toynbee Hall, a historic institution with a 150-year legacy of supporting those in need. The team discussed exciting initiatives, such as expanding the Video Advice Kiosks in community locations.

They are a first of their kind in the United Kingdom - there to help improve digital accessibility for those without smartphone, internet or computer skills to speak to an advisor.
The most recent improvement to the customer journey for the Kiosks is the ability to personalise customer service further. Customers can receive correspondence with their unique QR code directing them to their suitable advisor, focusing on providing the best financial advice service during the debt process.

We also heard about the launch of multiagency kiosks, a one-stop shop connecting multiple agencies to further support debt advice in the UK.
It was a privilege to listen to the impact the technology developed by Ciptex and Twilio is making on debt advice delivery and the real-life stories of those helped by the expert team at DFA.

We enjoyed being part of Manchester Metropolitan University degree apprentice open evening last night and speaking to future apprentices. Apprentices bring vital attributes such as taking on new ideas and knowing about best practices in their departments and sectors.

Revealed: how landlords are performing against new tenant satisfaction measures 25/01/2023

As of this April, social landlords will be obliged to start gathering data on tenant satisfaction measures. From April 2024, these will then form part of their compliance with consumer standards, which the regulator is gaining new powers to enforce.

The Housemark research combined early results from 100 social landlords that are already gathering data in preparation for the new regime. The results showed some interesting areas where performance may need to improve to satisfy requirements.

In particular, complaint-handling looks like a weakness, with only 56% of residents satisfied with their landlord’s performance.
