Yoga is back!

We're delighted to be welcoming Paula from Serenity Yoga back to Big Rock Hub to host a weekly yoga class every Wednesday from 6pm. Whether you're a complete beginner or a yoga aficionado, these sessions are designed for everyone - helping to develop strength, stability, core, balance and flexibility. Really it's the perfect exercise to accompany your climbing!

Sessions can either in multiple blocks or pay-as-you-go, so if you want to give it a go you can just book onto a single session and try it out! W E L L B E I N G Retreat Day ❣️

Really excited to be running this day with the lovely Paula from at Zest Yoga Studios in Olney.

We are combining my knowledge as a Menopause Coach and Women’s Health Therapist and Fitness Instructor with hers as an amazing Yoga Teacher and Thai Yoga Massage Therapist who doesn’t stop updating her knowledge which I love!

The day will run from 10-4 on Saturday 12th November. We have planned a beautiful mix of our work together to give you an awesome day of moving, stretching, learning self massage techniques and a range of Yoga classes combined with some information around women’s well-being going into and beyond the menopause. We will also have some Nurture Bowls for lunch provided by .ful which will be plant based and perfect for this time of life.

We have just 12 spaces with just 4 left to fill at £70 for the day including lunch and snacks/refreshments so please do book your space if you’re interested.
