That's right! Some of you may have seen in my story yesterday about how I am looking to hire/train up someone for basic jobs.
I am a one man band and I hate turning people away for the smaller jobs that simply take time away from my bridal work.
I am looking for someone simply with a passion to learn the trade, love clothes, has used a sewing machine before, and wants a little part time job as a hobby.

You don't need masses of experience as I am happy to show you the ropes, but as long as you can sew in a straight line we are good!

This is a parent/carer only group (no children) so that you can learn strategies such as signs and try out practical activities distraction free!

There will be resources and materials to take home so that you can feel confident to use your new skills once you're back in your own home with your child 🏠

Spaces are limited to ensure that you are provided with a high level of support throughout the sessions.

The group will run each month so that you can build on the strategies that you are learning. This will boost your confidence and help you to feel empowered about supporting your own childs communication skills.

There will be a different focus each month, so you can just attend one group or you can join us every month, it's up to you 😀👍

Discounts are available if two people book together, e.g., parents, a parent and a grandparent, a parent and an Auntie or two friends wanting to learn together!

Both my children started PQA Milton Keynes as Poppets. They are still there, aged 12 & 16. My eldest struggled to settle into nursery and subsequently into school. Back to School Tip

Some of you may have noticed that I have been quite quiet for a while now.

I started teaching Baby Massage when my daughter was one and my son was four. I was looking for something I could do, that fitted around my babies. Nobody told me what a journey it would be.........

A rollercoaster of a ride and one that I would never have missed. The ups and downs of getting bookings, getting venues, worrying that people are happy etc.. However, with each new course is a group of new people and new babies who have kindly let me be part of their journey, albeit briefly. Many, many times I have been touched by personal stories and journeys that you have been on. I have been in awe of you, I have cried with you but most of all, I have laughed, really laughed with you........you have brought real JOY into my life, and I hope that I at least brought you chocolate in return.

My youngest is now eleven and heading off to secondary school very shortly. I feel it is the right time for me to think about my options and my life going forward. It is no secret that it has been increasingly difficult to get bookings post COVID and as most of you know, my home/work venue is also fully occupied by my husband, who very kindly shuts himself away during my courses, so as not to frighten any babies 😂. With MUCH SADNESS I have decided that it is the right time for me to move on with the next chapter of my life, whatever that may be.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for such loyal support over the years, you have been unfaltering and I cannot thank you enough. It would be great to keep in touch, do send me photos, invite me to your meet ups and feel free to contact me for coffee!! If ever you are in need of advice or help and you think I may be able to help - PLEASE get in contact, I am still as passionate as always about BABY MASSAGE and touch therapy.
