Thought I would share this beautifully written piece of work by a gifted Intuitive and Energy/Light worker Amanda Lorence.
LOVE LIES IN THE SPACES IN-BETWEEN:
Love lies not in the music,
But in the spaces in-between each note,
In the nuances of those spaces,
Is All Love.
Love lies not in human words spoken,
But in the feeling between each word.
Many hold a dire need to speak,
Not realising, that which they desire,
Is found in the unspoken.
Love lies not in speaking out loud,
But in the feeling inside.
For when we halt incessant neediness to be heard,
We start to hear, between the spaces.
The spaces that hold All Love.
Love does not force another to listen,
Love does not drain another with many words,
Love holds space, the space in-between,
The space of ever-lasting Love.
We move now to new horizons,
Where sensing becomes the joys of the known.
To feel the space in-between that is Love,
To touch without words,
To see the space another holds.
Where endless chatter and the need to be heard,
Are no longer necessary or primary.
As the delicate and the subtle planes of love are felt,
In the unspoken expanding expression,
Of the spaces in-between.
To love, is not to command attention.
To love, is not to be the needy.
To Love, is not to contrive.
Or push against the flow.
To love is to BE exactly that, Love.
A Presence.
In all the spaces within your heart.
Between and beyond every heart beat,
Between and beyond every in and out breath,
Between and beyond every sun rise and set.
Between and beyond every single rain drop,
Lies Love waiting to be known once more.
Be the space, Be Love. And be Loved.
Love is simple.
Ever dwelling within all to choose.
It will wait an eternity to be met.
Lived through.
And then... it is known once more.
In all moments of Being.

Very often in my Mindful Yoga classes I emphasize tapping into the spaces in between the breath, for that is where you will find the peace and stillness within you, your presence!! Pure love!

The roof of our mouth is like a piano, as your tongue strikes the roof of the mouth whether talking or singing it creates a vibration to the cells with in the body, it also vibrates and stimulates brain and thought function, that is why negative talk brings our energy down and happy uplifting music or mantras raises our vibration. Your voice, is your unique vibration to the cosmos!! No one else carries the same vibration. When we consciously regulate and make sounds through mantra, breath and rhythm, we produce profound effects on our health and well being and the feeling of pure joy.
Deep Relaxation that Heals πΌπΊ
Kundalini Yoga works to strengthen and balance the nervous system. When your nervous system is weak you are susceptible to unhealthy reactions to stress. During a Kundalini Yoga session and the deep relaxation that follows, all the nerve endings in the body are given a tune up. You experience a deep rejuvenating state of total relaxation where healing can take place. Regular practice gives you extra stamina and resilience in the face of life's challenges and every day stress.
Tuesday evenings at Greenside also consist of Kundalini and mindfulness Yoga.
Thursday online is pure Kundalini.

This evening session we will work with breath, a kriya to help build and strengthen the nervous system, and a beautiful meditation and relaxation to finish.
The times we are living in are so challenging at the moment, with the constant barrage of news and global events, my sessions are suitable for beginners.
Kundalini works on our mental body, emotional body and physical body these are just three of the ten bodies we have, just imagine your physical body as your overcoat, there is more to YOU than you believe to be. Kundalini also works with the chakra system, and your meridians or your energy pathways, helping to build a strong immune system, clarity, focus, self esteem and self confidence, finding these within yourself will help you discover who you really are, recognising and listening to that inner voice, intuition, the voice of your soul., your Sat Nam your truth, your true being.

It's been a while, so I thought I'd give you a quick update. We're refreshing our page and changing our name.
My wonderful mum - Beth, has started a lovely class on Tuesday evenings in Gildersome, and she'll also be offering online classes, so keep an eye out on our page for when these take place! π§ββοΈπ»
As for me, I haven't practiced yoga in nearly a year. For those who know me, my life is always hectic and never straightforward! Right now, I'm juggling a day job, a major home renovation, family life including three kids, and a dog! π As you all know, yoga is a passion of mine, and I will return to it eventually, but not just yet.
If you're missing our yoga sessions, I highly recommend joining my mum, Beth. She offers wonderful classes that combine gentle movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation. If you need some time out from your busy lives, please join us! π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ

Hi I am Beth, and I teach Mindful Yoga with a fusion of Kundalini Meditation.
Mindful Yoga is the focus on the body/mind awareness rather than achieving a perfect pose. Bringing awareness to your body and how it moves in a yoga class can have an immediate affect on your mental and emotional state.
Kundalini use of deep breathing, meditation and calming postures instills a deep sense of relaxation in those that practice it.
Kundalini is my passion and have been teaching since 2014, combining it with Mindfulness brings peace, relaxation and helps to boost the immune system and brings clarity and focus.
This class is suitable for beginners or those who wish to slow down and rest. Although we practice the traditional asanas, majority of the practice is mat based you can alternate with a chair.
The class is friendly and taught in a very relaxed fashion. You will need a mat, if you do not have a mat a blanket will be fine, a cushion, blanket for relaxation and some water.

This brand new class is a fusion of Kundalini and Mindful Yoga.
I hold an International Kundalini Teaching Certificate since 2014. I also teach Yoga Nidra and Mindfullness.
The session will concentrate of breath, gentle stretches, meditation and music, bringing a sense of rest, relaxation and a general feeling of well being. I look forward to meeting you.
Please let me know if you will be attending by sending me a message as I will have to be aware of numbers.
Bring along a mat, cushion, blanket and some water. If you do not own a mat, a blanket will be fine for this evening.
You can pay cash, although bank transfer would be preferable.

Kundalini Yoga is taught by myself Beth. I have been teaching since 2014.
We are living in the most turbulent times of change.
These times are challenging, especially since 2020.
Kundalini helps to build self esteem,
