KIS Autocentres have a number of our AutoPoint lockers installed but this particular one has been expanded to cater for the growing popularity. The lockers themselves are installed at a secure unit away from the workshop so the end to end customer journey is completely digital other than the key drop and collection!

WE’RE RECRUITING!!
Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a full-time Client Services Coordinator.
The role will offer head office and remote working and will come under the direct supervision of the Client Services Manager.
Candidates must be able to commute to Morpeth, NE61 6BL.
This position provides administrative and secretarial support for designated staff members and involves managing clients through the various stages of product implementation, liaising closely with our network of Account Managers and answering customer support queries. Other duties include data entry, updating customer information, proof materials prepared by staff, assist with meetings and new customer setup.
In addition, you will be required to draft correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritise, and organise diversified workload.
