"I joined Markโs classes in October 2022 when I was at the heaviest weight Iโve ever been. I was recently engaged and was adamant I was getting back to my โoldโ weight. I was petrified of the gym, and no matter how many times I went, I never felt comfortable being there.
A post of Markโs was shared on Instagram, and I decided to bite the bullet and join his 8 week fit camp.
Here I am 10 months later and 2 stone lighter. Mark has created such a fantastic environment and community for like-minded people who all support and challenge each other.
