Weight loss can be made real simple, if you knew you could stop spinning your wheels in the mud now trying to shift that last bit of fat that you “can never get rid of” would you do it?

It’s almost always a simple fix, it’s obvious your doing something wrong. Usually not tracking your calories properly or slowing down when you infact need to put a little more effort in.. some added cardio or maybe steps 🏃🏻‍♂️

It’s only a few weeks left til summer now, will you go away feeling unreal and full of confidence or are you going to do another holiday hiding your body away at all costs 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another week boxed off ✅📈

A couple weeks into the reverse phase now and it’s finally feeling easier, I am eating “a lot” of food or what most people would say is a lot but the hunger has been easier to control this week, still absolutely starving all day but I’m filling out nicely and I just want this phase now to go as smoothly and as productive as possible so keeping things tight on the way up 🤝🏻

Time to weekend now, can’t wait for some unreal scenes tomorrow 🧗🏻‍♂️🌴🎋

If you’re not continuously trying my best to up your game, what are you doing?

We do all have different life’s, different commitments but if your not always trying to do what’s absolutely best for you then your not only doing yourself an injustice but the people you care the most about!

If we are at our best we will always be running optimally, meaning we can put more into everything that means something to us, including the people who mean the most!

Put more in, get more out 🤷🏻‍♂️📈

Phase 1 complete, it’s time to grow some muscle! 🏋🏻‍♀️🚀

Dieting can be easy enough, and it can be quick in a lot of cases but it’s not the most important part of your transformation, not even close if you want the results to last.

Yea we have dropped 9 kg but our calories are down at 1300 which is not a good place to hang around too long, so we have reached a weight we feel good & comfortable at with the look. Now it’s time to reverse and add some muscle tissue and take comfortable to absolutely ripping with confidence 🔥

Programme will be set up accordingly to target the areas we want to focus on and getting enough volume in there while we bring the calories back up to a more reasonable place to be 🤝🏻

Phase 2 reverse begins now 😆📈

FAT LOSS PHASE COMPLETE - 7kg down ✅

Insane transformation here, we had some slow food issues in the early stages but the hard work put in and consistent showing up meant it didn’t slow us down too much!

We worked hard to fix things, find out the problem and moved forward with things improving as we moved and the result speaks volumes, that snatched waist and bigger glutes 👀🍑🤝🏻

Are you proud of the progress you’ve made so far this year?

Buzzing for that holiday to get away & stand proud in your bikini instead of hiding under some oversized shirts or behind your mates in pics ?

Phase 1 almost complete we are absolutely buzzing though so we are dropping this now 😆😆😆

is actually making mad progress, when she contacted me she had been training for a while but was still unsure exactly what to do in the gym as as endless cardio wasn’t doing the trick she just needed guidance on what to do & how to do it.

Resistance training is always going to be number 1 for weight loss in my opinion, cardio can be supplemented into the plan yes but your not going to build no shape on a treadmill 🤷🏻‍♂️

From there we got nutrition down, made sure we were in a deficit and everything was working smoothly and bam, the fat just started falling off 🤝🏻

No more guess work, as always we get the result 📈🚀

Whats harder than dieting ?

Reversing back out of the diet, it can honestly be so difficult and people don’t talk much about it.

When you start bringing the calories back up and the reality is they are still low, not even close to maintenance for a while so, your still trying to stick with your lower calorie goal week to week until your back to eating a more normal amount of food again.

Now without a goal of losing body fat it’s hard, mentally you start to have the odd f**k it thought. “This won’t do any damage”

When you start to do that all the time.. it does damage!

This phase is so important, taking this slowly is the difference between putting the excess body fat back on OR getting back to maintenance calories and keeping your body fat levels down. Trust me, although it’s a little tough it’s 100% worth doing it properly and not regaining the fat you just spent weeks & months getting off!

That being said, after eating 2000 calories worth of cashew butter last Thursday by mistake when I fell face first into the tub, calories back into the climb up, happy with the look coming through.
Over my little slip 👀😂

Building muscle 🥩 easy ?

The theory certainly sounds easy but it’s definitely a lengthy process, the steps in which you take and how consistent you are will obvcourse directly impact how well/ productive you’re push up or “off-season” will be.

If you can keep your diet consistent, train hard consistently, recover well and keep your boxes checked you can do it well without gaining too much body fat BUT it does take time, unlike losing fat it’s not something that can happen in just a few weeks/ months building a physique takes time!

The rewards are endless though, not only will your confidence sky rocket but your mental clarity and productivity zoning in with good nutrition. You’ll feel like you have purpose with every aspect of life.
Your body needs more food to run holding more muscle aswell, meaning your deficit (fat loss) phases get easier to lose body fat again.

All round, it’s a game changer for you 🤷🏻‍♂️

Body fat down, muscle mass up.
Waist tight AF food still in a good place & a small amount of cardio in 🤷🏻‍♂️

looking absolutely insane 😆🔥

She told me she wanted her bikini figure back for this year and we have brought it in nicely in just 12 weeks 🤝🏻😆

We push on some more but she’s already looking unreal, super proud of her 🙌🏻

Nothing over restricting or crazy to get here, still had a few dinners and drinks along the way. You don’t have to throw your life in the bin to look good 🤷🏻‍♂️

24 kg off 👀🤝🏻

I absolutely love being this lean and looking good/ feeling fitter but every time I push my weight up it gets a bit tidier.

I’m just excited to do this push up now with a new coach and learn someone else’s methods and see how tidy we can keep it in comparison to this last one.

118kg is previous peak bodyweight, hopefully manage to surpass that this time and keep it tighter 🤝🏻

We decided to stop cutting a little early here with she responds really quickly and is changing rapidly so we are already into the reverse diet, we will have a short push up now for a few weeks before starting prep for the photo shoot 📸😆

Setting yourself a routine for success 👀

If you’ve followed me for a while you will know that everyday there are some things I’ll do no matter what, it’s not just for the hell of it, it’s because I’m consciously making as much effort as possible to get to my goal & routine makes that process so easy!

If you are really struggling to make progress there’s most likely some really easy fixes that can be made by just creating a little routine, if you get yourself prepared for the week and days with a couple of tasks that actively push you towards your goal then just follow the plan you’ve created it’ll very quickly become routine & very quickly come to show!

It can be some very simple things like, no phone after 9:30 & bed by 10.

15 minute walk every morning after you wake up & consume 1 pint of water before coffee.

They are some really small habits that could go a long way & that’s just 2 super simple ones.

Once these habits build into your routine you will be flying and you’ll feel 10 X better when you’re getting closer to the goal everyday! 🤝🏻

Phase 1 complete ✅

12 week cut done and now we are 2 weeks into the reverse diet, the weights still coming down now even though we are climbing the calories back up but I think it’s safe to say we’ve fully reset. Metabolism is truly back on and running hard.

Training is improving each week we are working hard and everything’s getting boxed off while we still enjoy ourselves 🙌🏻

This is what it’s all about, came to me at the beginning of November to get in shape for holiday over the new year, we pulled everything in easy in 8 weeks to be fair. We have worked together before so I knew he would work hard to make it happen 🙌🏻

This is by far the best he’s ever looked though, we pulled the body fat right down first, had to dig a little bit between Christmas and new year just to burn through those extra Christmas cals but we did it 🙌🏻

Now we are pushing the calories back up for more muscle coming into the summer holiday, this next one is going to look even better once we have more muscle on this frame, I can’t wait to see it 💪🏽

Another week of ticking boxes ✅

New low weight this week, lowest weigh since 2019 dropping in at 93.5kg
Checked in with & we have clear plan for the next week to make sure we improve on all fronts physique & performance wise.

A very productive call in with to get me organised and better structure put in place for my work week schedule.

A clear vision and structure put in for my week in all aspects and it feels actually amazing, ready for another amazing week of improvement ahead 📈🚀

What can direction & knowledge do for you?

I’ve been watching work hard AF in the gym for about a year now, she was making progress but it wasn’t coming as fast as she’d liked and I could see somethings just needed tweaked.

It was actually me who approached Nathalie and mentioned coaching to her because I could see inane potential and a crazy crazy work ethic.
Fast forward 7 weeks with proper nutrition in place and jeeeeesus look how things have changed already.

I met he where she was initially at 1900 calories, we have came down a touch now and some other adjustments made.

Hardest thing about coaching people who want to work harder ?
Getting them to do less 👀🤣

She’s listening well though and all the hard works paying off, so proud of this one!

In all seriousness, if it wasn’t for this guy I’d be alot more broken today than I am.
He always takes the best care of me and makes sure I have stuff to go away and work on to continue and reduce the pain and problems.

It’s not just about a random crack but actually fully testing, treating & adjusting then re testing and every time the difference is actually insane.

If you have any kind of pain and haven’t been to see get yourself down there.
