We had a great time this week with Laura from North Lanarkshire Disability forum doing the first week of the PHEW Carers Wellbeing course. She will be here for another 5 Wednesday mornings up until the end of April, including doing some 'taster sessions' at our next coffee morning. There are still some spaces, message if interested or pop in next Wednesday 10.30-12

27/02/2024

For anyone interested there are still spaces available. We are excited as this is our first Phew Carers Wellbeing Group, refreshments available. This will give you the chance to meet Laura from NL Disability Forum who will be delivering these sessions.

Look at what we have coming up. Anyone interested should call the number to book a place.
