I have been busy this week in full Christmas decoration production… I know it seems early but with postage strikes I am trying to get ahead of the game this year!! I will be listing these in my Etsy shop soon and selling them in person @ City Arts - Newbury Christmas art market 26th -27th November. Message me to pre-order… each decoration is hand painted with chalk paint two layers, sanded for that distressed beach wood effect and then sealed with bees wax. They are hand printed in silver and gold with ammonite fossils found on Charmouth beach…

It feels good to be back to it after a bit of a break, enjoying newly pressed seaweed, the summer heat and light, life is good 😉

That's the seaweed from Southbourne beach into the press, I had to stand on it to get the nuts tight!

✰Mini £15 - Mini £15- strung with seven 4cm x 4cm stars 75cm long

✰Medium £25 - strung with eleven stars total - strung with five 4cm x 4cm & 6cm x 6cm stars 1metre long

✫Large £30 - strung with five large 10cm x 10cm stars 1 metre long

Strung on cream and gold natural h**p twine with a loop at each end to hang.

These stars have been printed by hand by using a mono printing process, each one is different and unique.

Each garland holds 7 stars, each star is double sided, printed with blue and gold relief ink.

I collect and hand press seaweed from the South Coast of England which is then used in the printing process as stencils, ammonite fossils are also press printed to add that hidden treasure feel.
