A huge THANK YOU to Berkshire Farm Girl for your generous donation of pumpkins! ๐
Our members had a fantastic time getting creative and a little spooky, carving up some amazing designs ready for their Halloween party! It was great to see everyone sharing ideas and having fun bringing their pumpkins to life.๐ ๐
Wishing a very happy to everyone in our community celebrating the Festival of Lights! ๐ชโจ Diwali reminds us that we are not alone, that light and hope surround us, and that brighter days are ahead. May this season bring warmth, joy, and peace to you and your loved ones.
๐ This Halloween, let's keep kindness at the heart of our celebrations! For some, Halloween can be a challenging time, especially for those managing mental health issues. Teens especially, please remember that what feels like harmless fun to you might be difficult for those on the other side of the door.
If youโre trick-or-treating, look out for decorated homes as a sign they're ready for visitors, and be mindful of those who may prefer a quieter evening. ๐๐
Itโs officially Halloween so if youโre out trick or treating why not grab a handful of goodies from the front of our shop.
Donโt forget to hand in your Halloween colouring entry today!

Can you help us continue offering free refreshments with the friendship and support found at our drop-in sessions? For many in our community, sharing a warm cuppa and a biscuit is their only connection with others. These simple moments bring not just comfort, but the warmth and kindness of people who care. ๐
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a huge impact on our members. Together, we can keep these moments of connection alive and thriving. ๐

Work can boost our mental health by giving us purpose, building our self-worth, and connecting us with others. ๐ But it can also be a major source of stress and anxiety, sometimes even worsening mental health challenges. ๐
As we focus on let's remember that creating a healthy, supportive workplace helps everyone. ๐
Take care of your mind as much as your work. Itโs okay to ask for help, and itโs okay to talk about how youโre feeling. Mental Health Foundation
